An evidence based exercise class. Registration is required. No fee for the class but donations box available. Classes are one hour long with 2 sessions per week. Class content includes aerobic exercise, strength training with ankle weights, balance and flexibility exercises. Participants are periodically evaluated to measure fitness progress. Funded by Tri-County Office on Aging through Michigan Office of Services to the Aging. No fee for the class but donations box available.
