Project Description - Two independent physicians with a vision for a Medical Arts Building that would incorporate a physical fitness club, doctors' offices, and retail space in Old Town Lansing began looking for a building in the spring of 2007.  Almost a year later they found the ideal building, a decommissioned elementary school on North Cedar Street.  The Cedar Street School had lay vacant for over ten years when they bought the property, but within six months of ownership they'd already broken ground on this major building transformation.  The building will be completed in the Summer of 2009 and they hope to receive a LEED Rating of Gold for energy and environmentally efficient design and construction.
