Project Description - The redevelopment of the decommissioned Holmes Street School has become a shining example of the power within Lansing's rapidly growing IT sector as well as neighborhood revitalization.  Once complete the 30,000 s.f. facility will serve as the new global HQ for Spartan Internet Consulting Corp., one the country's leading website consulting firms, as well as the newly formed Information Technology Empowerment Center (ITEC).  ITEC is a unique public-private partnership involving Michigan State University, Prima Civitas Foundation, the city of Lansing, and many private companies; which will serve as a high-tech learning center promoting science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
