Project Description - The Wenco Development company converted empty space above retail storefronts on Washington Square into four for sale condominiums.  These spectacular units feature loft bedrooms, high end amenities, and even garages.  Additionally, the buildings themselves got new facades with improved store fronts and freshed (historic) appearances.
