Project Name - Loomis Law Retention

Project Description - When Loomis Law was faced with the decision of renewing their lease or looking for options outside the city the Lansing EDC sprung into action.  Loomis was not only investigating space availability in the region but also getting ready to make a major technological upgrade.  This investment qualified for a personal property tax exemption, and while it was a small public investment, the cost of losing several high paying jobs was much more extreme.  As a result, Loomis decided to stay and sign a new lease downtown and made a significant investment in our City.
